University-Level Doctoral Dissertation Defense in Business Administration for Doctoral Candidate Hoang Ngoc Que Nhan

On December 17, 2025, at the meeting room of Campus 1, Lac Hong University, the Faculty of Graduate Studies organized the University-Level Doctoral Dissertation Evaluation Committee for doctoral candidate Hoang Ngoc Que Nhan in the field of Business Administration.

The evaluation committee brought together leading experts in Business Administration, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Thu Thuy, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Duy Phuong, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Canh Chi Hoang, Dr. Nguyen Van Tan, and Dr. Nguyen Thi Bach Tuyet.

During the defense session, doctoral candidate Hoang Ngoc Que Nhan delivered a detailed and persuasive presentation of the research findings, highlighting significant contributions to the field of Business Administration through the dissertation entitled:

“The Impact of Employee Resistance to Change on Organizational Performance of Listed Companies: A Case Study of Firms Listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE).”
