[FAIE] PhD Nguyen Van Tan Shared at the Conference on the Innovation Startup Ecosystem for Youth of Xuan Loc District

In order to enhance the attention and direction of authorities at all levels in supporting the development of innovation startup activities in Xuan Loc District, as well as innovative enterprises, and to raise awareness, knowledge, and skills of the innovation startup ecosystem among youth in Xuan Loc District, on the morning of 13 August 2024, the People’s Committee of Xuan Loc District organized the Conference on the Innovation Startup Ecosystem for Youth of Xuan Loc District at the Hall of the People’s Committee of Xuan Loc District.

In addition to representatives of various levels of leadership, the conference attracted nearly 100 Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of Youth Union branches from communes, townships, and schools, along with young individuals operating effective production and business models. Lac Hong University was honored to have PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Head of The Faculty of Administration International Economics (FAIE) – invited to share at the conference. In the opening session, PhD Nguyen Van Tan provided an overview of innovation startups and the startup ecosystem, including insights into the startup development plan in Dong Nai Province, the differences between traditional startups and innovation startups, as well as business models for innovation startups. In the second part, PhD Nguyen Van Tan shared about the journey of innovation startup development, including support policies within the innovation startup ecosystem and how to build a successful startup project.

Through the sharing of PhD Nguyen Van Tan, leaders at various levels and youth representatives of Xuan Loc District gained a clearer understanding of innovation startups, thereby applying this knowledge to support the startup ecosystem in their work and to assist innovation startup projects in the locality.
