Lac Hong University Students Conquer the "New Generation of Students 2025" Arena on VTV3

The "New Generation of Students 2025" program, organized by National Television VTV3, is an academic, creative, and experiential arena gathering outstanding students from universities across the country. The competition aims to honor the intellect, bravery, and aspiration for innovation of Vietnam's young generation.

Round 1 – The Journey of Affirming Competence at "New Generation of Students 2025"

During Round 1, the Organizing Committee reviewed applications from universities nationwide and selected the 8 most excellent teams to advance to the next round. The representative teams from Lac Hong University successfully passed the selection rounds and underwent further rigorous screening to choose the 5 most outstanding faces to represent the university in the upcoming challenges.

Round 2 – Comprehensive Challenges to Develop Essential Skills

Round 2 of the program goes beyond testing academic knowledge; it requires students to demonstrate soft skills and leadership abilities. The round consists of four main sections: Basketball, Theatrics, Debate, and Pitching, each requiring students to apply their skills in practical scenarios.

Basketball – Testing Endurance and Teamwork

The Basketball segment is not only a test of physical endurance but also an opportunity for contestants to demonstrate team spirit, coordination, and strategy. Lac Hong students clearly exhibited their teamwork capabilities, decisiveness, and spirit of overcoming challenges in a sports environment, thereby affirming their resilience.

Theatrics – Showcasing Creativity and Message Delivery

The Theatrics segment requires teams to stage and perform a creative artistic piece aimed at conveying humanistic and innovative messages. This serves as an opportunity for students to display artistic thinking and the ability to communicate messages through visuals and sound, while honing communication and teamwork skills in a creative setting.

Debate – Honing Critical Thinking and Communication Skills

Debate is one of the most critical segments of the program. Teams must pose questions and analyze loopholes in their opponents' projects. This challenge allows students to sharpen their critical thinking, argumentation skills, and effective communication, while developing composure when facing opposing views and pressure.

Pitching – Developing Startup Skills

The Pitching segment is an opportunity for students to demonstrate their entrepreneurial capabilities. Teams present their startup ideas to investors, persuading them of the project's feasibility and practical implementation. This challenges students to refine their presentation skills, develop project management abilities, and apply learned knowledge to reality.
